Nashville loves Nashville.

Crowned Heads has announced a new release, created exclusively for Smokers Abbey, a shop in East Nashville. The cigar is called Sanctuary, a 5 1/2 x 52 trunk-pressed robusto extra using an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. It is being made by Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr.’s Tabacalera La Alianza S.A. factory in the Dominican Republic and has been aging for 14 months.

“we’ve been amazed to witness the rapid rise of The Abbey since they began from square one five plus years ago,” said Jon Huber, co-founder of Crowned Heads, in a press release. “We’ve always had a mutually supportive local relationship and it’s really been a labor of love to create a shop exclusive for them.”

Pricing is set at $11.99 per cigar and it is limited to 333 boxes of 12 cigars.
