The first batch of RoMa Craft Tobac’s CRAFT 2021 will begin heading to stores today.

This year’s releases are a pair of 5 5/8 x 60 double perfectos that have both special wrapper designs and unique features on the caps and feet. The two CRAFT 2021s differ because of their wrapper accents. Both use a Connecticut broadleaf leaf as the main wrapper, but the accents are either Ecuadorian Connecticut or candela.

The internal blend is described as similar to the company’s Neanderthal line, using a dark Indonesian besuki binder over a mixture of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos in the filler. One notable difference between CRAFT 2021 and Neanderthal is that the latter uses Pennsylvania double ligero tobacco in the filler, while the former does not.

MSRP is set at $18 per cigar and it is limited to 2,000 boxes of 10 cigars. Each box contains a mixture of both the Connecticut- and candela-accented cigars.

Unlike previous CRAFT releases, which were only sold at a maximum of 10 stores, the CRAFT 2021 release is being offered to the majority of RoMa Craft Tobac accounts.
