Cornelius & Anthony has announced it has hired Todd Vance as its new director of sales.

He replaces Spence Drake, whose tenure with the company ended earlier this year. Vance previously held a similar role at A.J. Fernandez.

“Todd is a key addition to our expanding company,” said Steven Bailey, the president of S&M Brands, in a press release. “His enthusiasm and experience is an asset for our company’s launch this February, as well as for our continued growth into the future. Todd shares our passion for tobacco, and our dedication to premium quality products.”

Cornelius & Anthony is part of S&M Brands, best known for its Bailey’s cigarettes brand. Over the last year, the company has been undergoing a massive makeover of its cigar portfolio.

“I am so excited to join Cornelius & Anthony,” said Vance in a press release. “A company with a 150-year-old American tobacco history and 5 generations of family dedication is a story I personally cannot wait to get out there and tell. I have always believed in the importance of a cigar company’s history, and we have one of the most compelling stories in our business.”
