Effective July 1, 2019, smoking in city parks in Coffeyville, Kan. will be banned.

Coffeyville commissioners unanimously voted to ban the use of tobacco products in the city’s parks.

The city has a population around 10,000. Coffeyville is located on the Kansas-Oklahoma border, about 70 miles north of Tulsa.
