Cigar Prop, a cigar accessory and media brand, has created its first cigar: Back in Black.

It’s made by Espinosa Premium Cigars and went on sale earlier today at Smoke Inn, which is the exclusive retailer for the cigar. There’s only one size available, a 6 x 52 toro that is a unique take on a barberpole cigar. Rather than using two visually-contrasting wrappers, Kevin Shahan of Cigar Prop said he wanted to create a cigar that focused on flavors. The end result is a cigar that uses Mexican San Andrés and Nicaraguan habano café wrappers over a binder from Jalapa, Nicaragua and fillers from Estelí and Condega, Nicaragua.

Pricing is set at $9.50 per cigar and is limited to 200 boxes of 10 cigars.

“Where traditional barberpole cigars offer contrasting wrappers and flavors, I wanted a barberpole that offered contrasting flavors without focusing necessarily on the contrasting colors, “ said Shahan in a press release.

Cigar Prop produces and sells a variety of cigar accessories like cigar stands and lighter bleed tools. It also has a YouTube channel that produces content multiple times per week.
