The head of U.S. sales for Russian-based Total Flame Cigars has resigned. Callie Pullen informed halfwheel that she is no longer serving as director of U.S. operations for the company.

Vladimir Kuraev is now listed in that role.

Total Flame was founded by Maxim Perivezentsev and Vladimir Roshchin in 2010. Two years later, the company established its U.S. operations out of Amarillo, Texas. It currently produces four lines—Bright Line, Dark Line, FTW and Nicaragua—with more coming. At the 2014 IPCPR convention and trade show last month, the company debuted Off The Rails, Premium, Spokes and Wild One—all of which are expected to arrive in November.

I am an editor and co-founder of halfwheel.com/Rueda Media, LLC. I previously co-founded and published TheCigarFeed, one of the two predecessors of halfwheel. I have written about the cigar industry for more than a decade, covering everything from product launches to regulation to M&A. In addition, I handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff here at halfwheel. I enjoy playing tennis, watching boxing, falling asleep to the Le Mans 24, wearing sweatshirts year-round and eating gyros. echte liebe.
