There’s a new Caldwell cigar, but it’s only available in Switzerland.

On Feb. 6, the company released L’ Escalade, a 6 x 54 toro, for the Swiss market. The new cigar is made at Tabacalera William Ventura and uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a Dominican binder and Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers.

Pricing is set at 15 CHF per cigar ($15.96) and it is limited to 250 boxes of 10, though Robert Caldwell told halfwheel he is open to producing more.

According to Caldwell, this marks the first limited, regional release for the company.

Distribution is being handled by Oettinger Davidoff AG.
