For only the third time in its history, though the second time at next month’s IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, Caldwell Cigar Co. will be using a Mexican wrapper.

The company is adding a new line called LLTK MAD MF. It’s described as a limited production line using a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Indonesian binder and corojo 98, habano and Pennsylvania double ligero fillers.

It’s offered in four sizes:

  • LLTK MAD MF 5 3/4 x 43 — $10.40
  • LLTK MAD MF 6 x 54 — $11.40
  • LLTK MAD MF 5 1/2 x 52 Belicoso — $12
  • LLTK MAD MF 6 x 60 — $12.40

Robert Caldwell told halfwheel the cigars will begin shipping during the IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, which begins July 13 in Las Vegas.

Davidoff is the official sponsor of halfwheel's coverage of the 2018 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show.
