C.Gars Ltd.’s latest online auction of rare, aged and vintage Cuban cigars is now open, with just over 350 lots up for grabs.

The auction is highlighted by an undated 100-count cabinet of Ramón Allones Petit Coronas that is expected to fetch between £5,000 and £6,000, approximately $6,700 to $8,000. A box of pre-embargo H.Upmann Dunhills Seleccion Suprema No.50 and a Montecristo humidor from 2004 containing 50 Montecristo Salamones and 50 Montecristo As are also among the featured lots.

The auction features a wide selection of collectible cigars, including 96 lots in the Limited and Regional Edition category, with several boxes of Cohiba Majestuosos 1966, a box of Edmundo Dantes El Conde 109 that was made for Mexico in 2007, and a jar of La Gloria Cubana Deliciosos, the first Edición Regional produced for Cuba.

There are also a handful of Cuban-made Dunhill and Davidoff cigars up for grabs.

The auction is online-only, with bidding running through June 19.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
