For the third consecutive year, Selected Tobacco S.A. will release its limited edition Byron Century Humidors, three different humidors, each with a different cigar inside. Like in years past, the cigars themselves have been aged for 4-5 years after rolling.

While the cigars and the humidors appear the same as they did last year, there are minor changes. First, the MSRP of each humidor is now $925, up from $875 last year, or $37 per cigar. Furthermore, production numbers have increased from 200 humidors of 25 cigars to 300 humidors of 25 cigars per blend. This means in total 22,500 cigars are being released. United Cigars, the U.S. distributor for Selected Tobacco S.A., says it expects to ship the cigars in March.

The Byron 19th Century Grand Poemas is a 6 x 56 toro extra that comes from the 2017 production and was aged for five years after rolling. It uses an Ecuadorian wrapper, a binder from an undisclosed country and fillers from Nicaragua, Peru and an undisclosed country(s).

The Byron 20th Century Habaneros is a 6 x 54 toro that uses an Ecuadorian wrapper over a binder from an undisclosed country and fillers from the Dominican Republic, Peru and an undisclosed country(s). It too is aged for five years, meaning it came from the 2017 production.

The Bryon 21st Century Elegantes is a 6 1/8 x 55 toro extra that uses an Ecuadorian wrapper over a Dominican binder and fillers from Peru and an undisclosed country(s). It is only aged for four years after rolling, meaning it came from the 2018 production.

Like the rest of the Byron brand, the cigars are rolled at Tabacos de Costa Rica in Costa Rica.

Update: The original version of this story misspelled the name of the cigar as “Bryon.”
