Bristol Township, Pa. Bans Smoking in Parks

This week, the Bristol Township Council modified its existing laws to extend its existing smoking ban to the township’s parks.

While the full ordinance has not been posted on the township’s website, a report from LevittownNow.com reports that the ban will also include the use of e-cigarettes and extends to all tobacco products.

Bristol Township is home to approximately 54,000 residents and is located about 25 miles northeast of Philadelphia.
