Belgium Banning Tobacco Advertising in 2021
Belgium has banned certain forms of tobacco advertising next year.
The country has already banned tobacco advertising in many public areas, but it is still allowed on the outside of newspaper shops and tobacconists, something the new law will prohibit beginning in January 2021.
In addition, smoking in cars with people under the age of 18 inside is now also banned.
