This week, some retailers will take delivery of the first new Ashton line in roughly eight-years, Symmetry. Despite the fanfare that has been associated with the cigar, it’s not all good news. Not every retailer that ordered the Fuente-made cigar will be receiving the line in the first shipment, Ashton has been clear that production is currently not ready to meet demand.

Ashton Symmetry

Symmetry debuted at the 2014 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show in July. It uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper and fillers from Fuente farms in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua. The line is offered in five sizes: Prism (5 5/8 x 46), Robusto (5 x 50), Sublime (6 x 52), Belicoso (5 1/4 x 52) and Prestige (6 3/4 x 49). Each will come in 25-count boxes and has a suggested price between $11.50 and $12.75.
