After a bit of delay, the Trinidad Santiago is now shipping.

This is the first product from Altadis U.S.A. created by Rafael Nodal, the co-founder of Boutique Blends and the company’s new head of product capability.

The Trinidad Santiago is being produced at Tabacalera Palma, the Dominican-factory that has produces most of the cigars for Nodal’s Boutique Blends, which includes the Aging Room brand.

Dominican habano tobacco is used fo the wrapper, binder and filler of the Trinidad Santiago and it is offered in three sizes.

  • Trinidad Santiago Toro (6 x 54) — $9.40 (Boxes of 20, $188)
  • Trinidad Santiago Belicoso (6 x 52) — $9.90 (Boxes of 20, $198)
  • Trinidad Santiago Corona (5 x 48) — $8.90 (Boxes of 20, $178)

The cigars were originally announced as shipping in October, but as with most new products that were not shipped by September, a slight delay emerged after Hurricane Irma in early September.
