Altadis U.S.A. is partnering with Bernard Richards Manufacture, a French watch company, for a new humidor that will come with a watch winder, watch and exclusive cigars.

The Montecristo B.R.M Humidor is styled in the same yellow color that is used on many Montecristo boxes, though with racing elements used by the watch company. The centerpiece is a cut-out in the lid which functions as a watch winder. The humidor comes with 40 Montecristo B.R.M Edition cigars, a 6 x 52 toro made entirely of Nicaraguan tobacco. The Plasencia-made cigar uses a wrapper from Jalapa, a binder from Ometepe and fillers from Condega and Estelí.

Inside each humidor are 40 Montecristo B.R.M Edition cigars.

The humidor also comes with the Montecristo B.R.M. Watch, which features a 44mm stainless steel case and an ETA movement, which the company said has been modified, though the specifics of the modification or the movement are otherwise not disclosed. The watch features a fleur-de-lis at the 8 o’clock position and a Montecristo logo is found on the crown.

There will only be 32 humidors sold, each individually numbered. The MSRP for the entire package is $11,000.

“Montecristo was already associated with a great French writer Alexandre Dumas,” said Frederic Gasser, president of B.R.M Americas, in a press release. “It’s a great privilege to add a French name to that legendary cigar and we are looking forward to a fantastic adventure by launching this exclusive timepiece combined with some special cigars and this truly amazing box. We also look forward to adding to this exclusive Montecristo B.R.M collector’s collection in the future.”

Altadis U.S.A. expects to begin shipping the Montecristo B.R.M Humidor later this month.
