For the first time in its two-decade history, ACID will be sold in Germany.

The brand’s two most popular sizes—Blondie and Kuba Kuba—will be sold in Germany next month. The Kuba Kuba size will be sold internally under the name ACID Mega.

While both are part of the ACID Blue line, the blends are different. The Mega uses a Sumatran leaf over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. Blondie uses a Connecticut wrapper over the Nicaraguan fillers. Both cigars get the ACID Blue infusion.

  • ACID Blondie (4 x 38) — €4,50 (€180)
  • ACID Mega (5 x 54) — €7,90 (€189,60)

“We have reached a major milestone as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of ACID with our global expansion into Germany,” said Jonathan Drew, the company’s co-founder and president, in a press release. “We have always said, the only way to describe ACID is to experience it. Now our European consumers will have the opportunity to experience ACID, which has been blowing minds in the United States for 20 years.”

Royal Agio is Drew Estate’s distributor in Germany. ACID will begin shipping to the market next month after a series of launch events.
