Tatuaje’s IPCPR releases were announced a bit early, all but one at least. Following the release of the 2008 rendition of the La Vérité, Pete’s IPCPR showing was mainly extensions. The one exception was the Face, his planned Monster release for Halloween. There will be a lot of changes to the manner that he does limited releases, Stogie Review’s video covers a basic explanation. The Face, taking off of a certain movie character, is a rather ugly cigar with a unique tobacco band. Señor Johnson has also taken distribution over for Fred Schrader of Schrader Cellars, showing off two different lines in the booth. In addition, Pete told me we should see the Anarchy later this year.

I am an editor and co-founder of halfwheel.com/Rueda Media, LLC. I previously co-founded and published TheCigarFeed, one of the two predecessors of halfwheel. I have written about the cigar industry for more than a decade, covering everything from product launches to regulation to M&A. In addition, I handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff here at halfwheel. I enjoy playing tennis, watching boxing, falling asleep to the Le Mans 24, wearing sweatshirts year-round and eating gyros. echte liebe.
