Two cigars, not one. 
This past year, E.P. Carrillo celebrated its 10th anniversary with a special size of two blends under the Perez-Carrillo name. the Encore and La Historia. Each blend comes in the same size, a 6 1/2 x 56 box-pressed perfecto, and there are 10 of each in the box.
The box itself has a slightly curved top that when opened, reveals that the E.P. Carrillo logo is not part of the lid, but a raised part in the middle that comes through a perfectly-sized hole in the lid to appear as if it’s all one piece. The brass hardware on the box and the ribbons on the feet of the cigars featuring Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr.’s signature are additional little touches that really make this release’s packaging shine. — Brian Burt.
