Global Premium Cigars—the company behind the 1502 brand—has begun shipping four new cigars, each an extension to an existing line.

The 1502 Black Gold, Blue Sapphire and Emerald lines are each getting a new 5 x 50 robusto vitola. Both the 1502 Black Gold and Emerald Robustos have an MSRP of $9.50 and are sold in boxes of 20. The 1502 Black Gold uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers, while the Emerald uses a Nicaraguan corojo habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Mexico and Nicaragua.

As for the 1502 Blue Sapphire Robusto, it has an MSRP of $13 and will be sold in boxes of 10. It’s a Nicaraguan puro with a wrapper from Jalapa.

The 1502 XO line is getting a new size in the form of a 7 x 48 Box Pressed Churchill. It has an MSRP of $24 per cigar and is sold in boxes of 10 cigars. Global Premium Cigars doesn’t disclose the blend of the 1502 XO line, but like the rest of the company’s lines, it is made at Plasencia Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.

Also shipping is the new 1502 Toro Sampler, which contains 6 x 50 toros from five of the company’s lines: 1502 Black Gold, 1502 Blue Sapphire, 1502 Emerald, 1502 Nicaragua and 1502 Ruby. It has an MSRP of $45 per sampler.
