Wilson Adams Cigar Company is still called, Wilson Adams, but the Adams portion has left.

It’s now Brandon Wilson’s company and if there’s any confusion, that should be put to rest on May 19. It’s the birthday of Wilson and the debut of his next cigar, the Mr. Wilson. It’s a 6 1/8 x 52 torpedo that uses a Mexican wrapper and “primarily Nicaraguan filler.” The binder and other parts of the filler are not disclosed.

Mr. Wilson is limited to 150 boxes of 10 and an additional 100 bundles of 10. Pricing is seat $12 per cigar.

“This was the first cigar that wasn’t a collaborative effort within the company, so it was special to me,” said Wilson, in a press release. “That’s why It’s called Mr. Wilson and the cigar will launch on my birthday. It is the rebirth of my company.”

Only 16 retailers will be receiving the cigar.

Mr. Wilson, like the company’s first two lines, is rolled at Plasencia Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.

While it is only being commercially released in a torpedo, a robusto version has been made for Mr. Wilson himself.
