Today and tomorrow, the Fuente & Meerapfel Present: Meet The Professor live show is hosting a 26-hour live stream. At 9:00 P.M. EDT I will be hosting the show.
Because trying to do anything for 26 hours straight is not easy, the show has invited a variety of journalists to host the show for an hour or two at a time. My time slot is 9-10 P.M. EDT.
I will be joined by Alexandre Avellar and Liz Santos.
Avellar is the founder of Conexão Tabaco and Tudo Sobre Charuto, a Brazilian cigar news site. In 2020, he won the Hombre del Habano award in the communication category, the annual award given out by Habanos S.A. to various impactful figures in the world of Cuban cigars.
Santos, who goes by the moniker Remarkable Liz, is the founder of Remarkable Aficionadas—a group focused on female cigar smokers—and has a notable following with the cigar world on Instagram.
I am told that there’s a chance that other guests—i.e. cigar manufacturers—might stop in for a few minutes. You can watch below:
