The tenth and eleventh versions of the Viaje Super Shot are upon us.

Earlier today, the company announced that the Viaje Super Shot would return for the first time since 2013. Next week, the Viaje Super Shot Criollo will ship to retailers, but there will be no Corojo version. It is offered in two sizes 10 Gauge (3 1/2 x 54) and 12 Gauge (3 1/4 x 52). A representative from Viaje told halfwheel pricing would be the same as in year’s past, which should mean $6.40 since for the 10 Gauge and $6 for the 12 Gauge. Both come in 25-count boxes that are made to look like boxes of shotgun shells, which is the inspiration for the release.

The Super Shot debuted in 2012 with a criollo wrapper, a year later the brand added a Nicaraguan corojo wrapper version. It has also seen releases in Viaje’s White Label Project and Zombie Series.

A request for production numbers was declined.
