The latest from Eddie Tarazona has begun shipping. The Tarazona Guerrilla 305 began shipping to retailers on Friday, a month delayed from the original May shipping. It’s the first Tarazona line from Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic offered in five initial sizes: Shrapnel (4 1/2 x 42), Propaganda (5 x 52), El Jefe Flaco (6 1/2 x 42), El Comandante (6 1/4 x 54) and Silverback (6 1/2 x 60).

Pricing is set between $5.70 and $9 per cigar. Each size will come in boxes of 15, except the Shrapnel, which comes in boxes of 20. For those wondering, three sizes have changed names. The Shrapnel was originally referred to as Commando, Propaganda originally known as El Capitan and El Jefe Flaco originally was simply known as “El Jefe.”

In addition, the company announced a lancero vitola due out in November.

The Tarazona Guerrilla uses a Havana Vuelta Abajo (HVA) wrapper from Ecuador, an Ecuadorian habano binder and criollo 98, corojo and HVA fillers.
