In 2021, Plasencia 1865 commemorated the family’s 149th harvest of tobacco with a new line, and after a year of rest, the cigar shows it was worth the celebration.

The company’s Experimental Series third line is built around broadleaf tobaccos grown in non-traditional places.

The seven-cigar sampler is packaged in an old cigar mold that has been modified to hold the cigars. In addition, the cigars in the sampler are all new sizes for their respective blends.

The Flor de Selva Año del Conejo 2023 is the sixth addition to Maya Selva’s Zodiac Series, which was inspired by both the Chinese Zodiac calendar as well as the Mayan culture.

The new Reclaimed sampler features seven cigars, each a 6 1/4 x 54 perfecto.

Expect a lot of broadleaf in this new line’s blend.

The Alec & Bradley Gatekeeper Chunk is one of two new cigars in the company’s “Taste of the World Chunk” sampler, which contains eight cigars in four different blends, all in the same 4 1/4 x 60 vitola.

Alec Bradley is debuting a number of new things at PCA 2022, including a new blend, a size extension of two existing blends, and a special four-pack of some classic, discontinued lines.
