London-based Solloshi, Ltd., which manufactures several lines of accessories made from titanium, has unveiled its new line of cigar accessories, which include a humidor, travel case and cigar tube.

Solloshi 88 Series Humidor

Headlining the new releases is the 88 Series Humidor ($14,000), which is composed of more than 40 pieces of CNC machined titanium components. Billed as an elegant, minimalist combination of titanium and tempered glass parts, it can hold up to 30 cigars and is equipped with a humidifier that can be refilled without opening the lid of the humidor, as well as a humidity sensor to ensure the level of humidity is always set accurately. Only 88 humidors are being produced.

Solloshi Hyperion Travel Case

For the cigar smoker on the go, the company has released a pair of portable storage solutions; first is the Hyperion Travel Case ($3,900), designed for the true cigar lovers who travel with multiple cigars. An integrated humidifier ensures optimal humidity during trips, holding up to seven cigars, depending on their size. It measures 9.842 inches (250 mm) in length and 2.362 inches (60 mm) in diameter and is limited to a production of 99 pieces.

Solloshi 888 Series Tube

If a single stick is more your style, Solloshi calls the 888 Series cigar tube “undoubtedly the ultimate VIP treatment for your favorite cigar.” Designed to hold a cigar measuring up to eight inches in length with a 55 ring gauge, the 888 Series ($1,600) is made from five pieces of precision milled titanium parts. The humidifier can be filled without opening the pod, ensuring an easy and safe process. Production is limited to 888 pieces.

The company also offers several other accessories, including the 69 Series Titanium Cigar Punch, Rhea Cigar Rest and Theia Travel Ashtray, all of which are made from titanium.

All of the items are available for order through Solloshi’s website.

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for Major League Baseball, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
