Oliva’s Melanio line will once again getting a round vitola destined for Europe.

This year’s release of the Oliva Serie V Melanio Limitada is a 6 3/4 x 48 diadema. Like the regular Melanio blend, it uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. Unlike the typical Melanio, the cigar is round as opposed to box-pressed.

Oliva released the first Melanio Limitada in 2017, a double toro, and followed it up with a robusto last year. The Oliva Serie V Melanio Limitada Diadema Limited Edition 2019 is limited to 2,500 boxes of 10 cigars. It will be shown off later this week at the InterTabac Trade Fair in Dortmund, Germany and begin shipping to stores in October.

Pricing in Germany is expected to be €18 ($19.94) per cigar.
