Less than two weeks after hinting about shipping boxes of Black Label Lanceros to New York and New Jersey, Pete Johnson formally took the offer to social media. Last month on his Saints & Sinner’s forum, Johnson suggested he would do so to help the retailers after Hurricane Sandy. Earlier this morning, the owner of Tatuaje/Havana Cellars tweeted:

The tweet included a picture of the box he showed to Saints & Sinners:

There will be 1,000 boxes of 10 available with MSRP set at $10 per cigar according to Johnson. The Tatuaje Black Label Lancero first debuted after IPCPR 2012, as part of the Tatuaje Old Man and the C release for 2012. The Old Man and the C combines a Culebra and Lancero in a single box.

The Lancero and Culebra were the ninth and tenth vitolas of the Black Label line since the Corona Gorda debuted in November of 2007. In addition, the Tatuaje The Mummy and Mini Mum—both of which debuted earlier this year—used the Black Label blend.
