La Aurora’s Puro Vintage will see its third edition debuted at this year’s trade show, the Puro Vintage 2005. Comprised entirely of cigars from the year 2005, the Puro Vintage 2005 will measure exactly to the series’ most recent release, the Puro Vintage 2004, a cigar that was actually released at IPCPR 2011. The 6 1/4 x 52 Salomon will be limited to just 1,000 boxes of eight with pricing set at $18.75 per cigar, or $150.00 per box.

The Puro Vintage 2005 uses a Cameroon wrapper over a Cameroon and Ecuadorian double binder and Dominican fillers. It will debut at the 2013 IPCPR trade show and convention in Las Vegas, Nev. on July 14, 2013.

I am an editor and co-founder of halfwheel.com/Rueda Media, LLC. I previously co-founded and published TheCigarFeed, one of the two predecessors of halfwheel. I have written about the cigar industry for more than a decade, covering everything from product launches to regulation to M&A. In addition, I handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff here at halfwheel. I enjoy playing tennis, watching boxing, falling asleep to the Le Mans 24, wearing sweatshirts year-round and eating gyros. echte liebe.
