EH Cigars Launches from Edgar Hoill & Christian Eiora

Edgar “One Shot One Kill” Hoill has returned to the cigar business in the form of EH Cigars, a new company in association with Christian Eiroa. Hoill previously worked with Matt Booth—who worked with Eiroa when the former was still at Camacho—for the creation of the Room101 OSOK.

EH Cigars is launching in three vitolas EH Viva (4 1/2 x 38 x 54 x 22), EH Cultura (4 1/2 x 38 x 54) and EH Pasion (6 1/2 x 52 x 38). Previously, CigarBrief posted the sales sheet indicating MSRP for the three cigars would be $79.60, $89.60 and $99.60 respectively—all in 10 count boxes.

The cigars are Nicaragua puros described as “full” in strength. They are made in Nicaragua, but when asked by halfwheel as to which factory, Eiroa replied, “undisclosed.”  Previously, Eiora indicated he would have operations in Honduras, Nicaragua and the U.S. as part of his new Tabaclaeras Unidas.

The EH line has arrived in stores and an official launch party has been planned for January 10 at Maxamar’s Ultimate Cigars in Orange, CA. The sales sheet indicates that EH Cigars will only be offered to existing accounts for Eiroa’s other brands.

The release notes Hoill has joined Eiroa’s “Fabricas Unidas,” a change from the “Tabacaleras Unidas” holding company he debuted over the summer. Eiroa confirmed to halfwheel that Fabricas Unidas would be the publicly used name for the holding company moving forward. Gran Habano has previously used the name G.R. Tabacaleras Unidas.
