AJ Fernandez Hints at Limited El Mayimbe
Abdel Fernandez’s biggest release of 2013 will be the formal opening of his brand-new factory in Estelí, which is also physically quite large, but the company also has a limited release planned, El Mayimbe.
In a recent interview with Cigar.com’s Alex Svenson, Fernandez hinted at the release:
I will say that this year I’m releasing a true limited cigar called El Mayimbe. I developed it from a private reserve of tobaccos I’ve been patiently working with for several years now.
Clay Roberts, vp of marketing for A.J. Fernandez, declined to elaborate further on the cigar, simply stating more information would be available “shortly.”
