Milford, Del. Considers Park Smoking Ban

Next month, the Milford City Council could take up a ban on smoking at the city’s six parks. This comes after debate by the Community Affairs and Parks and Recreation Committee indicated that there was some support for a ban on park smoking.

Milford is located in both Kent and Sussex Counties a little more than 15 miles south of Dover. It has a population around 10,000.
