Earlier this year MBombay expanded its Kēsara line to include cigars in tubes. As part of that announcement, the company teased a new series called Vintage Reserve, now, it’s less than a month away from debuting.

The MBombay Kēsara Vintage Reserve Nikka (6 1/2 x 46) will debut on Dec. 15. It uses tobaccos that are aged for three additional years compared to the core Kēsara line. While it keeps the same Ecuadorian wrapper as the regular Kēsara, the filler blend includes tobaccos from the Dominican Republic and Peru, whereas the original blend only features Dominican tobacco. The cigars are also aged in a hybrid sandalwood and Spanish cedar coffin for up to nine months.

“Refining the ‘MBombay Experience’ of fine longaged tobacco blends is what we have done in our Vintage Reserve line of cigars,” said Mel Shah, the founder and owner of MBombay, in a press release. “We want consumers to truly understand our passion for tobacco.”

In addition to the Nikka, the company’s website also lists a Mōra Petite Perfecto (5 1/2 x 46) as a Vintage Reserve release.

Pricing for the Nikka is $12 per cigar.
