Lotus International has announced that it the new U.S. distributor for Elie Bleu, the famed French humidor maker.

“The Elie Bleu artisans have incredible technique and the materials used are the best in the world,” said Michael Reynolds, president of Lotus International, in a press release. “Their use of marquetry on some of the pieces is amazing. Every piece is hand crafted. Every piece has distinctive characteristics.”

The move gives Lotus another high-end cigar accessory brand. Up until earlier this year, the company was the U.S. distributor for S.T.Dupont.

“Members of the Elie Bleu club will be happy with this distributor appointment,” said Laurent Fuchs, director general at Elie Bleu, “The members will be serviced by a dynamic and enthusiastic American team who will allow the brand to better serve its clientele and give them new products and special care.”
