The long-awaited Leccia Tobacco sampler is starting to take shape. During last month’s Toraño sales meeting, Leccia tweeted pictures of various parts of the sampler, although he told halfwheel he still has no real timeline on what he expects it to be on shelves.

Retailers were first informed of the sampler before last year’s trade show, where it was partially shown off. Here’s what we wrote when we visited the Leccia Tobacco booth at IPCPR 2013:

This was on display and orders were apparently being taken, despite the fact packaging and sizes aren’t entirely done. What we know is that it will be six cigars: a 6 1/2 x 52 Box-Pressed Torpedo for both blends, a 4 x 46 White, a 4 x 48 White and two 6 x 60s or Toros, the latter of which are being finalized. We were told pricing is $55.70, although whether or not that is final is unclear. For those in attendance, the sampler that was on display is not close to the final packaging according to Leccia.

Leccia also tweeted pictures of a perfecto and lancero in the Leccia White blend, there is no decision on whether the cigars will enter production.
