For fans wanting a larger perfecto version of the Connecticut broadleaf-wrapped La Aurora Preferidos Diamond, Michael Peacock has found a way to answer your request. The owner of Texas-based Michael’s Tobacco of Euless and Keller has commissioned La Aurora to create a 6 x 58 preferido perfecto in the Diamond blend.

The Diamond was the latest addition to the Preferido line when it was released in October 2012. It previously has been restricted to the original 5 x 54 Preferidos No. 2 vitola, sold in a black tubo. Diamond uses a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper over a Dominican maduro binder and Dominican fillers.

This release is limited to 100 boxes of 25 with pricing set at $14.99 per cigar.  A secondary band reading “Michael’s” will be placed on the cigar. This is the second limited edition Preferidos Diamond, the other being the regional edition Chicho’s Choice, which was also a 6 x 58 size, but in a straight parejo size.

The cigars are in stock.

Michael’s Tobacco of Euless was formerly known as Town and Country Cigars of Euless. In January 2013, the Peacock family opened Michael’s Tobacco of Keller and have since decided to rename the original store. The Euless store can be reached at 817.358.8862 and the Keller store can be reached at 817.562.4551.
