Twenty-eight.

That’s how many new cigar accessories were mentioned in the new catalog from The Lotus Group/Integral Logistics, which includes the company’s value-priced Vertigo by Lotus line. The list is dominated by lighters, but there are some cutters, cases, an ashtray and some humidification products as well.

If there’s one thing you’ll notice among the lighters is how many are promising performance at high elevations, something the company has become quite known for in recent years. The company is also expanding its “distressed finish” look, which Lotus Group/Integral Logistics ceo Rosemary Sharp has some more details about.

As you might know, the company offers two lines: Lotus, which is higher end, and Vertigo, which is more value-oriented. Of note, the Black Label line is being absorbed into the regular Lotus line, so expect to see that start to fade away at retail in the near future. While we didn’t get a chance to see every new product in person, here’s the complete rundown of what The Lotus Group/Integral Logistics had on display.

Lotus CEO

I strive to capture the essence of a cigar and the people behind them in my work – every cigar you light up is the culmination of the work of countless people and often represents generations of struggle and stories. For me, it’s about so much more than the cigar – it’s about the story behind it, the experience of enjoying the work of artisans and the way that a good cigar can bring people together. In addition to my work with halfwheel, I’m the public address announcer for the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks during spring training, as well as for the Salt River Rafters of the Arizona Fall League, the WNBA's Phoenix Mercury and previously the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League. I also work in a number of roles for MLB.com, plus I'm a voice over artist. Prior to joining halfwheel, I covered the Phoenix and national cigar scene for Examiner.com, and was an editor for Cigar Snob magazine.
