Que Vida is a brand I’ve been somewhat familiar with, but honestly beyond a bit of name recognition, I couldn’t tell you much. Turns out, they are from New Jersey and have one line on the market as well as a (literal) binder full of new ideas. The company’s original line, the Que Vida, uses an Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. It’s sold in three sizes as well as a not for sale lancero the company uses for events. Production is handled at Tabacalera New Order of Ages (NOA).

Editor’s Note: I forgot to take pictures and we never managed to get back by the booth, though only the original Que Vida was on display.

Que Vida 556 Diplomat

Expected late next year, it pays tribute to the 5.56x45mm NATO, a popular bullet. It’s meant as a message to both ATF and FDA.

Que Vida Maduro

This is a planned item that was not at the show. It’s expected next year. The company didn’t want to give much away, but it’s a box-pressed cigar.
