After the news that they are now being distributed by Espinosa Cigars, D’Crossier Cigars also has some new releases coming out, all of which are still being produced at Pure Aroma Cigars S.A. in Costa Rica.
The first new cigar is the D’Crossier Selecition 512 Lancero, a 7 1/2 x 38 lancero that will be sold in boxes of 20 and will retail for $13 each. The blend is a bit different from the Flor de D’Crossier Selection 512, and is composed of an Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper over Nicaraguan filler tobaccos and an undisclosed binder. There will be 200 boxes released by December, with another 1,000 boxes scheduled to be released in 2016.
Speaking of the Flor de D’Crossier Selection 512, while the original three vitolas started shipping in June, three new sizes are debuting at the show, all in boxes of 15: the Magnificos (5 7/8 x 52, $7.20), the Campana (6 x 54, $7.60) and the Geniales (6 1/2 x 54, $7.40). This blend incorporates the same Ecuadorian Habano 2000 wrapper from the D’Crossier Selecition 512 Lancero along with a Costa Rican sumatra binder and Costa Rica and Dominican filler tobaccos.
