Hutchinson, Kan. Bans Smoking at Parks

Hutchinson, Kan. is banning smoking at the city’s parks.

The City Council approved the measure and said it expects to have signs posted regarding the new ordinance by the beginning of the new year.

Hutchinson is located about 40 miles northeast of Wichita. It has a population over 40,000.
