Ernesto’s Humidor is now in retail humidors.

At this year’s IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, E.P. Carrillo showed off a trio of new releases under the name Ernesto’s Humidor. The premise behind the release is that each of the three cigars are cigars that were blended by company founder Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. for his personal use.

Inside each humidor is 10 of three different cigars: one with a Connecticut wrapper, one with a Sumatra wrapper and one with a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper. The humidors are limited to 500 units, although they can be refilled so long as tobacco is available.

Suggested retail pricing is $395 per humidor, or around $13.15 per cigar.

The company has described this as the first release in Ernesto’s Humidor Series, the company has left the option for more releases under the name in the future.
