Ahead of this year’s Swiss edition of Art Basel, Davidoff announced that it would be releasing a new version of its Cave de Paille humidor collection in collaboration with the French artist, Lison de Caunes.

Saison II uses around 1,000 pieces of dried straw that are tinted, flattened, cut and then glued. The company says it took around 15 months to develop the new humidor.

The humidor measures 16 3/4 inches x 10 1/3 inches x 6 1/3 inches meaning it has a capacity of around 50-65 cigars. Pricing is set at $23,350, but it includes a one-year membership to Davidoff’s Hourglass Lounge concierge service, a $3,250 value.
