Ciguardian Products has announced that it will be adding a higher capacity version of its newly-introduced portable humidification products.

The new packs are called C150 Fat Packs, which are the same size as the original products, they are 3 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches, but have three times the wicking, meaning the weigh between 150-155 grams.

Those packs are designed to humidify containers of 150 cigars or more. The company has made it clear that it does not recommend using these packs with smaller quantities.

Pricing is $5.50 compared to the $3.50 price point for the original Ciguardian packs.

“I have a belief that reliable and economical cigar humidification will result in more cigar sales. Smokers will feel confident about storing cigars without breaking the bank,” said Belinda Doyle, owner of Ciguardian Products, in a press release. “This is the reason we created our disposable pouch line and our new Ciguardian C150 Fat Packs.”

In addition, there’s been an update to the material used for the packets. The new one is 2 mil, one one-thousandth of an inch, BOPP compared to the original, which measured 1 mil thick.
