At the 2017 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, Robert Caldwell, Matt Booth & Abdel Fernández showed off a new project called The Truth.

The name was short-lived due to a trademark issue and the pair went back to the drawing board on the name. Now, it will be called The T.

The T is a Nicaraguan puro made by A.J. Fernández offered in five box-pressed sizes.

  • The Truth Short Churchill (5 1/2 x 48) — $12 (Boxes of 10, $120)
  • The Truth Robusto (5 x 52) — $11 (Boxes of 20, $220)
  • The Truth Toro Grande (6 1/2 x 56) — $12 (Boxes of 20, $240)
  • The Truth Toro (6 x 52) — $11.50 (Boxes of 20, $230)
  • The Truth (6 1/2 x 44) — $12 (Boxes of 20, $240)

“(It’s) Short for Tantric Undulation and Ten Thousand Papercuts, among other things important to Matt Booth,” said Caldwell in a text to halfwheel.

He added the cigars will begin shipping at the end of this week.

Tatuaje Cigars, Inc. has a trademark for “La Verite,” which is French for the truth.

Booth and Caldwell’s other project, Hit & Run, began shipping in August.
