Brigham USA Names Doug Kaufman National Sales Manager
Brigham USA, maker of pipes and accessories as well as humidors and cigar accessories, has named Doug Kaufman as its new national sales manager.
Kaufman is no stranger to selling tobacco accessories and leading sales forces; most recently he was the national sales manager for The Lotus Group/Integral Logistics, a position he held for approximately 19 months. Prior to that, he was the national sales manager for Colibri. He told halfwheel that he will begin working on building the company’s sales force while working with existing representatives and refreshing the company’s sales and promotional materials.
While Brigham USA is best known for its pipe collection, it offers a number of accessories for cigar smokers, including humidors, cutters, travel cases and humidification products. Kaufman noted that while pipe retailers are Brigham’s main customers, he believes that there is something in the company’s catalog for every retailer, even if they don’t carry pipes.
