Black Works Studio has announced that it has begun shipping the 2019 version of Boondock.

It is offered in the same two vitolas as the first two releases:

  • BLK WKS Boondock Corona Larga (6 1/4 x 46) — $10.50 (Boxes of 20, $210)
  • BLK WKS Boondock Robusto (5 1/4 x 50) — $10.50 (Boxes of 20, $210)

The 2019 version also uses the same blend: a Pennsylvania broadleaf wrapper over a Nicaraguan habano binder and fillers from Connecticut, Nicaragua and Pennsylvania. The company is producing 450 boxes of each size.

Previously, the cigar has been marketed as Boondock Saint.

“It’s our third release of Boondock and it just keeps getting better,” said James Brown, creator of Black Works Studio, in a press release. “This cigar is the perfect balance of strength and flavor, it is bold yet refined.”

Black Works Studio is the sister brand of Black Label Trading Co.
