Last month, Drew Estate announced it was creating an exclusive version of the MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured line for Alliance Cigar, now it is shipping.

Tom Sullivan, ceo of Alliance Cigar, told halfwheel that the company has begun shipping the Kentucky Fire Cured Fightn’ 69th (5 1/2 x 52) to its retail accounts. It is the latest in a long line of exclusives that the northeastern distributor has received over the last few years, including the MUWAT Kemosabe and W.O.P.R. from Drew Estate in 2013.

This is the first retail exclusive for the MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured line, which now includes nine sizes. The blend uses a Kentucky-grown fire-cured tobacco alongside tobaccos from Brazil and Nicaragua in the filler with two wrappers, including a Mexican San Andrés leaf.

Pricing for the Fightn’ 69th is $74.95 per 10-count bundle.
