There were murmurs that Alec Bradley had as many as 20 new lines launched before Aug. 8, 2016 and yet another one has found its way to shelves.

The latest is the Alec Bradley Corojo, a five-size line that arrived at STOGIES World Class Cigars in Houston over the summer. According to the retailer, it is offered in Churchill, Gordo, Robusto, Toro and Torpedo, priced between $6.95-8.

Like many manufacturers, Alec Bradley shipped a plethora of new cigars to various retailers around the country prior to Aug. 8. The reason behind that is due to new regulations by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Those rules went into effect on Aug. 8, meaning that any new cigar shipped after Aug. 8 would be subject to FDA pre-approval.

As such, many manufacturers shipped product prior to Aug. 8 with the intention of introducing them to the national market at a much later.

Previously, Alec Bradley has declined to comment on these releases saying that the company will provide more details once the cigars are ready for a more formal debut.
