AKA Cigars has a new project that looking for a celebration cigar.

It’s called Congratulations.

The company says that it noticed many consumers purchase cigars as gifts for others when there is a reason to celebrate. Unfortunately, the only cigars that are specifically marketed as a celebratory cigar are the It’s A Boy/It’s A Girl cigars for the birth of a child.

Now AKA hopes to capture some of this market with a cigar called Congratulations. It’s the brand’s Solace Robusto, but repackaged as a cigar called Congratulations. It will be sold in boxes of 10 with each cigar packaged in a tube.

In addition, the boxes and tubes have space on them for a consumer to more personalize the message. Suggested retail pricing is $10 per cigar.

In addition, AKA has announced it will start changing the box counts on its lines from 18- to 20-count starting with the Solace line.

Congratulations will debut at the 2016 IPCPR Convention & Trade Show, which begins July 25 in Las Vegas.
